1) My favorite letter is B. This one is my favorite because this letter (besides my J) is one of the most creative photos I got. This is something that I wouldn't normally see unless pointed out to me (which someone did point this out to me). The picture however, looks good because of the focus, limited background, contrast, and lighting. I took a long time to get the right angle to make this letter look good and it really came out nice!
2) My color word is clearly legible because I put the letters together and made them just the right size, I edited them so that there was a clear transition between letters, I edited them in photoshop so that they stuck out from their background, and made sure that there was a fine line of transition between each letter. My B&W photo is clearly legible because I also edited these letters so that they were all the same size and since all of the letters were B&W I made sure that there was great contrast between each letter so that they didn't blend together.
3) One skill that I learned in this assignment was my observational skills. For this project I had to look at objects that I see everyday in a different light and see how I could transform them into a letter. At the beginning of the project I thought that I was going to be hopeless and that I wouldn't be able to find any letters, but in the end I realized just how good I had become at looking at different pieces of each object differently.
